Golden Gloves
Full adult boxing training. Open to all fitness levels. Build real boxing skill, strength, endurance, and focus. Whether your goal is fitness, competition, or learning a new discipline — Golden Gloves delivers professional-level coaching in a welcoming environment.
Old Souls
Boxing for the experienced adult. Small-group sessions designed for mature athletes who want to stay active, mobile, and sharp. Emphasis on proper technique, controlled sparring, and sustainable fitness — no ego, just good boxing.
Women's Self-Defense
Practical self-defense through boxing fundamentals in a supportive, women-only environment. Evening sessions integrated into the weekly schedule. Learn to protect yourself and build confidence through technique, awareness, and fitness.
Personal Training
One-on-one sessions, 1 hour each. Get Coach Courage's full attention focused on your specific goals — technique refinement, competition preparation, or building foundational skills faster than group classes allow.
